Handmade Ceramic Espresso Cup and Rectangular Saucer Plate

This set of handleless espresso cup and saucer plate is perfect for after dinner entertaining when offering a coffee and sweet treat. The cup is thrown on the wheel and holds 4oz liquid. Plate is shaped by hand from a slab and is 7 1/2" x 4" and there is a slight groove turned into the plate to rest the cup. Glazed in a beautiful "floating blue" on speckled clay.

Each ceramic piece is carefully crafted in my home studio, using the pottery wheel and various hand tools. Firing is done in a community studio and all glazes used are food safe. 

Designed for daily use, they are dishwasher safe. However, to maintain their beauty and longevity, handwashing is recommended. Microwave and oven use is OK too but please use caution as ceramic becomes very hot!

I’ve tried my best to capture the true colours of each piece, but as screens can vary, some differences can happen. Measurements can vary slightly from what’s listed where multiple pieces were made in a production run. I’ve done my best to maintain consistency but these are handmade.
