How is it packed? Do you use recycled materials?

Do I give you a beautiful unboxing experience? No.

Do I use recycled materials? If you mean, do I hoard every scrap piece of cardboard, boxes and bubble wrap that crosses my path? Yes.

I do use good old plastic bubble wrap but I'm aiming to switch to a paper based product soon to give it a try. Until now (touch wood) I've had NO reports of any damage and will continue to pack things tight and double wrap with cardboard to keep it that way.

How will my package arrive?

I ship everything with Canada Post.

Within Canada, Expedited parcel service is used and tracking will be updated once your order has shipped.

To the USA, orders are shipped with the tracked packet service and direct duty paid so there will be no surprise charges when your order arrives.

International orders are possible, please message me to discuss. Air shipping with tracking is expensive but let me know where you are and I can send you a rate quote with various options.

Can I pick it up?

Absolutely! I'm not able to setup a local pick up option on here, but email me after checkout and I can refund the shipping amount and we can discuss a time to meetup. rivuletstudio1@gmail.com

When will my order ship?

I aim to ship within 3 business days. For larger pieces or multiple items, I may take some time to source the right box for your purchase, but guaranteed out within a week. Not the same for custom orders! Timeline will be made clear and any delays in production will be communicated promptly.
