Handmade Ceramic Garlic Grater Plate

These garlic and ginger grater plates grind to a fine pulp. They measure from 4" - 4.5" in diameter and 1" deep. Rustic handmade carved design in the centre gives lots of surface area for grinding. These plates have full rims to be able to add oil and vinegar and use as a nice appetizer plate for bread dipping.

Variations:

Made with speckled stoneware clay for a rustic, freckled look.Available in glossy glazes in blue, white and clear, showing the natural clay colour, and a matte green.

Each ceramic piece is carefully crafted in my home studio, using the pottery wheel and various hand tools. Firing is done in a community studio and all glazes used are food safe. 

Designed for daily use, they are dishwasher safe. However, to maintain their beauty and longevity, hand washing is recommended. Microwave and oven use is OK too but please use caution as ceramic becomes very hot!

I’ve tried my best to capture the true colours of each piece, but as screens can vary, some differences can happen. Measurements can vary slightly from what’s listed where multiple pieces were made in a production run. I’ve done my best to maintain consistency but these are handmade. Where there are extreme differences, separate listings will be created. If you’d like any clarification on any piece, please ask. I will respond very quickly.
